We don’t draw projects for someone else to build. Whoever designs your house is who builds it, and the architect is on site almost every day.
What does the architect cost?
On the market, the architect and the building surveyor usually add up to 11–17% of the construction cost. With us, they are included in the price per m².
How we work
Week 1
Visit
We come to see the house and listen to what you need.
After the visit
Price per m²
We give you a price per m² with the project included. If it works for you, we sign and get started.
2-4 months
Design
We design the renovation with you.
Once the design is closed
Final budget
It starts from the price per m². It only changes if you ask for more.
~4 months
Permit
We certify the project with an ECUV, an accredited planning-verification body recognised by the town halls. On a full renovation, work starts as soon as it is filed, without waiting for the town hall to answer.
7-9 months
Construction
Reference: a 100 m² home, full renovation inside and out. The architect is on site almost every day.
Final month
Completion
We hand over the finished house and all its paperwork.
The permit
Through the normal route, the town hall takes 12–18 months, in any municipality in the area. We certify the project with an ECUV, an accredited planning-verification body recognised by the town halls: around 4 months.
