Interior design — Marina Alta

Interior design in Jávea, Moraira and the Marina Alta

Interiors conceived with the architecture, not added afterwards: materials, light, joinery and furniture decided alongside the people who build. And if you live abroad, the house is delivered ready to move in.

The argument

Interiors are decided with the build. Not after it.

A decorator arrives once the works are closed and works with what is there. Here materials, lighting, joinery, home automation and furniture are defined while building — every chase, every light point and every piece arrives on time.

Exactly what is included

Interior design project

Layout, style and budget for every room, with drawings and views to decide with confidence.

Materials and finishes

Floors, claddings, stone and local ceramics — real samples, not catalogues.

Lighting

A lighting plan: what switches on, where and at which temperature. Half the result is light.

Bespoke joinery

Kitchens, wardrobes and fixed furniture drawn by us and made by workshops we trust.

Home automation and technology

Smart lighting, sound, awnings and climate controlled from one tablet. The whole house, one touch away.

Furniture, appliances and homeware

Selection, purchase and logistics of loose furniture, appliances, curtains and even the homeware.

Installation and final styling

We receive, assemble and place down to the last detail. We go in so you only move in.

Living abroad?

A home ready to walk into.

You just bought in the Marina Alta and don’t live here. Give us the keys and a brief; we hand it back finished, furnished and with the beds made.

How it works and how long it takes

Week 1-2

Visit and brief

We see the house (or its plans), listen to how you live and set scope and budget.

1-2 months

Interior design project

Room by room: materials, lighting, joinery, home automation and furniture, each with its budget.

2-4 months

Production and purchasing

Joinery in the workshop, orders and logistics. You decide; we chase.

Final weeks

Installation and handover

Fitting, placing and final styling. The house is delivered ready to live in.

Two ways of working

Depending on how far you want us to go, the commission takes one of two forms:

Turnkey

We handle everything: design, purchasing, transport, assembly and installation of the furniture. We fit the design to the furniture budget you set, and our fee is added to that. You just move in.

Design only

Interior drawings and renders, with materials, lighting, home automation and furniture specified down to the last detail. Purchasing and installation are yours to manage.

Frequently asked questions

Can you leave the house ready to move into if I live abroad?

Yes. We take care of the design, the materials, the lighting, the bespoke joinery, the home automation, the kitchen, the appliances, the furniture and even the homeware. Many clients see their finished home for the first time on the day they receive the keys.

Do you take interior design without building work?

Yes. Although where we add most is when the interiors are defined together with the build and not afterwards: that way the services, the lighting and the joinery are resolved in time, not with patches.

How long does an interior design project take?

Less than a renovation: from brief to handover it is a matter of months, depending on scope. The real timing for your case, after the first visit.

Do you work to a closed furniture budget?

Yes. On a turnkey commission you set the furniture budget and we design within it, with alternatives per item so you decide where to invest. Our fee is separate and known before starting.

Commercial spaces too?

Yes — clinics, studios and shops. Naoos in Calpe is ours; the criterion is the same: calm spaces that work for the brand.
