What data we handle and where it comes from

We only handle the data you give us voluntarily:

• Contact form: name, email address, type of project, location and any message you write.
• WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of the conversation.
• Technical data: the server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) generated by any web hosting for security and operational reasons.

We do not collect data from minors or special categories of data.

What we use it for and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
• To keep the site secure. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not build profiles with it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a commission are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. If the contact becomes a project, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the statutory tax and building-liability retention periods.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data to third parties except where legally required. The following providers are involved and act as processors under a signed agreement:

• Hosting and forms: Netlify, Inc..
• Email: Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited).
• WhatsApp: if you write to us through that channel, the conversation is also governed by the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.

Some of these providers may carry out international data transfers covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by adequacy decisions.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to info@tresarcos.es stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
