In the Los Pinos area of Calpe, four minutes from the coast. Over 330 m² on a 600 m² plot, getting the most out of the buildable area: a semi-basement for the garage and the house on the ground floor.

The plot. It slopes downhill. That makes drainage harder, but makes room for parking.

What the client wanted. A very modern house, but an elegant one. Contemporary, with a monochrome palette, a porch with barbecue and pergola, and a pool with a jacuzzi.
