The challenge

A brand-new development riddled with construction defects: services, installations and materials that had to be repaired or replaced before design could even start.

The idea

Rethinking what was there to go further — turning the penthouse into something extraordinary.

The result

A cold, characterless duplex turned into a Mediterranean home with technology at hand: smart LED lighting, sound and awnings, all from one tablet.
