Hillside house

At the very top of La Empedrola, looking out to the mountains and the Peñón. Almost 300 m² over two levels: a semi-basement with a two-car garage and the whole house on the ground floor. Set apart, a small independent building for an office.

The plot. Triangular, with a drop of more than 16 metres between its lower and upper ends, and fronting two streets.

What the client wanted. Traditional Mediterranean: tiled roofs and local materials. It’s how we like to build.

Timeline. Four months of design. We applied for the building permit in March 2025. In October 2026 we are still waiting.
